1 Shot Golf
Privacy Notice

Effective October 22, 2026

This notice covers the Android game 1 Shot Golf: Trick Shot Puzzle (package com.oneshot.minigolf), published by Rivets Software LLC.

This is the game-specific supplement to the Rivets Software LLC Privacy Policy. For 1 Shot Golf, the specific descriptions below take precedence over general catalog examples in that policy where they differ.

Local game information

The game saves course progress, stars, currency balances, equipment, helper items, chest inventory, game statistics and reward records on your device. It also stores ad age-group and privacy choices, ad cooldown information, and update settings. The game does not provide a player account, cloud-save service, chat, or a public player profile. Tournament opponents and leaderboards are generated locally.

Core play can work offline. Local storage is not a promise that the entire app collects no data: the online services described below process information separately. The current Android release disables its standard Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup for app data. If you have a backup from an older version or another backup tool, manage that copy through its provider.

Optional advertising and privacy choices

You can choose to watch rewarded ads for in-game benefits. The Android app uses Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform for consent choices, and Unity Ads through AdMob mediation. Ads may be prepared in advance after ads are enabled and the consent system permits ad requests.

These advertising services can collect and share IP-based approximate location, device or other identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Unity's disclosure also includes personal identifiers and purchase history. The services use information for advertising, measurement, operation and fraud prevention. The data used depends on your choices, age settings, region and provider configuration. Contextual or restricted ads can still involve data processing.

Use Ad privacy choices in the game to change the age group, choose Play without ads, or reopen the consent options available in your region. Turning ads off prevents further game-initiated ad requests; it does not erase information already held by a provider or reverse a request already made.

Learn about provider processing and choices in Google's Privacy Policy, Google's information for users of partner apps, and Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. Advertising providers may process information internationally and with their partners as described in those policies.

Age groups

The intended audience is ages 13 and older. The ad-choice screen offers ages 13–15, 16–17, 18 or older, and playing without ads. The game stores the selected group rather than asking for an exact birth date. It applies Google's age-related ad restrictions and disables Unity ad personalization for the under-18 groups. Adults' ad personalization remains subject to the available privacy choices. Store age ratings may be higher in some regions and should also be followed.

If you are under 13, do not provide personal information to us. A parent or guardian can contact [email protected] with a concern about a child's information.

Purchases and randomized items

Optional coin purchases use Google Play Billing. Google handles checkout and payment credentials; the game does not receive your full payment-card details. The app receives purchase information, such as the product, purchase state and token, to process the purchase, grant coins and avoid duplicate grants. Google and the store retain their own transaction records under their policies.

Coins may be exchanged for diamonds, and diamonds may be spent on chests containing random virtual rewards. This includes diamonds obtained through purchased coins. The chest confirmation shows the cost, reward probabilities and quantity ranges before spending. Virtual currency and items have no cash-out or player trading feature in the game. Use Google Play's purchase controls and refund process for store purchases.

Updates and other connections

The app can contact a publisher update server to download game files. These update requests do not send your local progress or inventory. Like other Internet connections, the host receives ordinary request information, including your IP address and requested file. The production update service uses HTTPS. Google and Unity describe their advertising SDK transfers as encrypted in transit.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send so we can respond. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Links to other services open services governed by their own privacy policies.

Access, deletion and retention

To remove the game's local data, use Android Settings to clear the app's storage. This removes local progress and inventory, including locally recorded consumable balances. Uninstalling also removes the installed app's local storage. The current release disables standard Android app backups; manage any older or independently created backup copies through your device or backup provider. There is no Rivets Software LLC game account to delete.

Clearing local data does not delete Google Play purchase records or information already processed by advertising services. You can use Google's Data & privacy controls and the request options in Google's policy. For Unity Ads, use the Data Privacy icon where available in a Unity ad, or follow the access and deletion instructions in Unity's policy; Unity lists [email protected] as a privacy contact.

For information Rivets Software LLC holds, or help directing a request to the appropriate provider, email [email protected] with “1 Shot Golf privacy request” in the subject. Describe the request and relevant app or transaction information without sending passwords. Identity verification may be needed where appropriate. Provider-held records are subject to the provider's request process and retention rules; some records may be retained for security, transactions or legal requirements. This notice does not promise that deleting local game data deletes all provider records.
